The quickest way to shed weight has 2 elements and the first one is diet. With diet, there are a couple of things you need to know. First, it's not about deprivation or starvation because this will lead you to cheat and go on a binge. Second, it's all about knowing what to eat, how much to eat, and when to eat. Knowing what to eat is part of the quickest way to lose weight because it will help you stay away from foods that will stop you from losing weight. Avoid eating white carbohydrates such as white rice, bread, and pasta. To lose weight fast, you need to eat a lot of vegetables and fruit. These have a lot of fiber which makes you feel full longer. Aside from these foods, you need to add fat burning foods in your diet. Some fat burning foods are citrus fruits, garlic, tuna, salmon, chicken, lean pork, and lean beef. Even though the quickest way to lose weight requires dieting, it doesn't have to mean that you can't eat what you like. Now that you know what to eat, another part of the quickest way to lose weight plan is to eat frequently but have smaller portions. Eating 5-6 small meals a day will lessen the chance of feeling hunger in between meals. It will also contain lesser calories for your body to burn and have no extra calories to be stored as fat. In addition to eating right, drinking lots of water will also help you lose weight fast. Water has no calories and is capable of making you feel full a lot longer than sodas or juice. Drink a glass or two before and during a meal to help you eat less.



Now, it wouldn't be the quickest way to lose that belly fat without a healthy amount of exercise. Just like eating less and eating right will help you, exercising will burn the excess fat in your body. Cardio exercises are best for burning fat. And I know, most people find the thought of exercising such a torture. But exercising can be fun just as long as you choose an exercise that you enjoy. Try biking or go dancing 3-4 times a week. You can even ask your friends and family to join you.

Maybe some of you are thinking of just doing the diet or the exercise as your quickest way to lose inches. BUT that wouldn't really be the quickest way to lose those pounds. It's true that you can lose weight doing one of the two but it wouldn't be the fastest. So do the two and have fun at the beach!
